RYAN JINN
Bespoke Stylist & Suit Consultant
HUMAAM HAMADO
Brand Manager & Bespoke Stylist

Humaam  lives and breathes menswear - it is as simple as that. His passion for style and timeless suiting started at an early age and his knowledge base grew by following the biggest events in the industry such as Pitti Uomo and London Fashion Week Men’s as well as reaching out to prolific menswear leaders and business owners from Florence, London, and Berlin to discuss suit, shirt, and tie construction; in which they provided a rich learning experience. He has also pitched marketing plans to Polo Ralph Lauren as part of a program at UBC Sauder.

Taking it upon himself he studied the history of menswear, the art and science behind fit and proportions, and the process of creating fabrics as well as garments for men of various body shapes and types. Familiarizing himself with the world’s most renowned fabric mills and seeking the guidance of Master Tailors are steps he is taking to ensure his clients receive the best service and garments.

Humaam does not shy away from challenges as he comes from a science background undertaking surgical and clinical research at BC Children's Hospital and presenting his findings at multiple conferences and institutions across North America such as The  Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres and Harvard University.

Humaam is always on the lookout for new fabrics, unique ideas for outfits, and timeless pieces whilst drawing inspiration from history and combining it with present day aesthetic and influence. Even the most subtle of details are taken into account because he believes that every aspect of a garment fulfills a specific purpose. His role at Style by Sarai allows him to pursue what he loves the most - connecting with individuals and helping them become the best version of themselves inside and out through their style and clothing.

Born in Los Angeles, USA, raised in Vancouver, Canada, and educated in Sheffield, UK, it’s safe to say Ryan’s style influences are truly international. However, style and fashion were not always a big part of his life.

Growing up in Vancouver, Ryan’s life revolved around being a well-rounded individual, focusing on academics, music, and sports. In the end, his career trajectory looked to take him to Medical School. Upon completion of high school, Ryan, despite never having even visited Europe, packed up his belongings and began his venture in England, at the University of Sheffield, eventually graduating with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences. It was there that Ryan had a “style awakening,” being constantly exposed to the chic vestments of British actors, musicians, and athletes. Though it began as merely a hobby, the interest was piqued.

Returning home after 5 years abroad, Ryan used the change in scenery to pursue the things that interested him the most. Starting with fashion, he began working at J.Crew on Robson Street in March 2014, working as a sales associate for only five months before moving up to become their only Personal Stylist in Western Canada. At the beginning of 2015, Ryan’s other passion began to take shape. His childhood dream of acting began, feeding his creativity and proclivity for story telling, taking his work as a stylist to another level. Understanding and cultivating the narrative each person wants to tell through style is a rare tool that allows Ryan to use his vocations to supplement each other.

Ryan’s trademark professionalism, and attention to detail stem from a rigorous scientific education, while his experience in retail has honed his communication and styling abilities. These skills, coupled with his current path in acting, make for a unique cocktail that have served him well in fashion and storytelling.

Ryan can’t wait to help tell your story through Style By Sarai!

"Let’s face it, I do everything with a little panache...actually, a lot of panache."

Style is not about clothing or accessories. It's about something much deeper and more personal: knowing who you are and having the courage to express yourself authentically. That is what bespoke is all about. What we wear personifies how we see ourselves.

Style has been with from the start. My father is a hair stylist, and has been for over 47 years and my Nonno (grand father), a custom shoe maker. Everyday, their work revolved around supporting and bringing to life people's unique flavour. I have taken this philosophy and ran with it. Elementary school friends still remember my hand-made blue sweater that gave my school uniform a little pizazz.

Growing up in an Italian family kept me saturated in a different way of being and speaking. Regular trips to Italy not only developed my fluency in Italian, but also allowed me to explore the latest European fashions. After a while, friends came to expect leading edge fashion and style choices from me (an expectation, I continue to relish).

Although I've channeled my style philosophy into operating a bespoke renovations company, fashion has remained a fervent passion; and one I have incorporated into my company. I'm always on the hunt for designers that resonate with my style and vision. When I first discovered Style by Sarai (SbyS), it wowed me. I was shocked with how linked our values of self expression, quality, and creativity were. A SbyS garment takes you to a place of luxurious timelessness.

I'm proud to be a Style by Sarai Brand Ambassador. It allows me to leverage my fashion knowledge, connections in the industry, and most importantly encourage others to display their authentic style. Confidence, strength, and expressing your best self embody SbyS bespoke designs. These are the pillars that power me every day, which is why Style by Sarai couldn’t be a better fit. I’m excited to bring this brand to new places and new people.

It’s a whole new world, trust me.
